Missing or Damaged Packages?
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at nivraabusiness@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
